Received a bachelor's degree in Hydro-Reclamation from the Agricultural University named after S. A. Niyazov.

After graduation, he worked as a specialist and head of the Department of water use at the Production Association of water resources of Lebap velayat in Turkmenabat, and later became a teacher of the faculty of Hydro-Reclamation.

At the moment he is a master's student in Integrated Water Resources Management at the Kazakh-German University.
