Specialist on Department of Pumping Stations in the Agency for Land Reclamation and Irrigation (ALRI) under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. Responsible for Monitoring & Evaluation of Water Users Association’s (WUA)activities, developing action plans of the implementation of legislative acts, strategies, concepts, programs related to the work of the ALRI, developing recommendations and conduction of explanatory works, seminars and workshops with Water Users Associations in the districts of theRepublic of Tajikistan.

Mr. Mahmudov is also a member of Kafirnigan River Basin Working Group serving as a Specialist of Basin Planning and communications manager.
