Previously worked in GIZ Tajikistan as an Advisor to the regional project “Ecosystem-based adaptation to Climate Change in high-mountainous regions of Central Asia” (2016-2018) and Researcher and Fellow Teacher at Kazakh -German University IWRM Master program (2011-2015).

She has degrees of certified specialist in Management in the social sphere and Linguistics (from Khorog State University in Tajikistan), and a Master's degree in Political Science (from OSCE Academy in Kyrgyzstan).
