CAY4W opens application for participation in the First Youth Basin Dialogues 2020, which will be held on April 16-17 in the Chu and Talas river basins! Young people from 18 to 32 years old, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, who are not indifferent to issues related to the waters of the Chu and Talas rivers, are invited to participate.

We invite you to share your stories, participate in discussions and visit some sites along the rivers for two days. Apply and participate – we are looking forward to new friends of CAY4W!
